You’ll leave with practical tools you can use straight away, and for those who wish to take part, there will be a gentle hypnosis demonstration to experience deep relaxation and clarity in a supportive setting.

 

15:00-15:45 - Navigating Menopause: A Mindful and Holistic Perspective

Tracy Munro from The Mindful Menopause Coach

Explore menopause through a spiritual lens in this supportive and enlightening session. We'll look at what’s really happening during this life phase, why we feel the way we do, and discuss both HRT and alternative solutions. The session will end with a guided mindfulness and meditation practice, showing just how quickly and simply you can begin to feel more balanced and connected.

Crave Less, Live More: A Food Craving Workshop | 12:00 - 12:50 | Booking link to follow

In this interactive workshop on food cravings, Lisa Unger will start with a powerful interactive EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) exercise, that reduces the intensity of cravings for food. She'll then explore some of the reasons you crave food in the first place, with tools you can use straight away. Feel free to bring your favourite snack with you.

Join Lisa from Art Shed for a fun, beginner-friendly painting session for both adults and children. Create your own sunset scene on A4 canvas with all materials and guidance provided. Perfect for all abilities, including children with SEND or mental health needs.
